Please Note! This is a preliminary itinerary, and is likely to change. Final itineraries will be sent to each attendee before arrival. Attendance is NOT required at any group events and you are welcome to go to a different park than the group if you prefer.
Thurs 6th - Bonus Day - Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom
Meet-Up: Christmas Party 5:00pm - 12:00am
Got an extra day and want to visit Disney World while in Orlando? Join us at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! This is a limited-ticket event that includes a special Christmas fireworks display, Christmas parade, rare character meet-and-greets, and cookies and hot chocolate! Come see it “snow” in the Magic Kingdom!
Fri 7th - Arrivals and Check-In / Park Day (US/IOA)
Meet-Up: Universal Cinematic Celebration and Welcome Dinner 7:30pm
Check-in and head to the theme parks - your pick of either Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure! In the evening, we’ll meet up in Universal Studios for the Universal Cinematic Celebrate lagoon show before we head over to CityWalk (restaurant to be determined) for dinner as a group after the parks close.
Sat 8th - Park Day - Volcano Bay
Meet-Up: Bowling at Galaxy Bowl 8:30pm
It’s a day at the beach! Grab your swimsuits and head over to Volcano Bay to soak up the sun (and slides!). Dinner is on your own, then join us for a group party at Galaxy Bowl at Volcano Bay! (Note: This day may change due to weather.)
Sun 9th - Park Day (US/IOA)
Meet-Ups: Dinner at Three Broomsticks and Drinks at City Walk
It’s our final park day! Head to your favorite theme park for the day on your own, and then make your way over to Islands of Adventure for Dinner at Three Broomsticks and revel in The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts show! (Don’t miss the Frog Choir!)
Monday 10th - Departures
Meet-Up: Farewell Breakfast - Cabana Bay Food Court
We’re sad to see you go, but we’ll meet up for one more breakfast before saying goodbye! Hope to see you next year!
