Laurie did an amazing job planning our family vacation at Universal Studios. We all had different agendas and it was not easy to coordinate all 5 of our schedules but Laurie managed to plan a trip that satisfied everyone! Our evening flight going to Florida was delayed 6 hours due to weather and we were unsure if our shuttle would still be able to pick us up upon arrival. Being a complete "newbie" to Disney & Universal, I relied completely on Laurie's expertise! She knew EVERYTHING about the destination, attractions, restaurants and transportation. Her knowledge was so in-depth that she relayed all the tricks for getting around at the most crowded time of the year so we could enjoy our time and minimize the hastles!
