I have loved Disney for as long as I can remember. As a child I always played the Princess and dreamt of living in the beautiful castle. As an adult, I still play the role of the Princess as evidenced by my newest pair of Ears. What a fun surprise it was to find these at my front door! And, how special to know that my good friend, Kelli, thought of me on her recent Disneyland vacation! They’re perfect & beautiful!
My first visit to Disneyland was as a Freshman in high school. I remember being in absolute awe standing in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle for the first time. It was every bit as gorgeous as I had imagined. Today, I’m still in awe of the Disney Castles. They make my heart dance!
One of my favorite Disneyland trips was with my sister and her girls. It had been the toughest year of their little lives and they needed The Happiest Place On Earth. It was the 50th Anniversary and everything was more sparkly, golden and fabulous than normal! This was their first visit to Disneyland and I felt so incredibly blessed to be there with them. I loved watching their faces light up as they met characters, seeing the wonder in their eyes during parades & fireworks, and hearing their screams and giggles on the rides.
I was lucky enough to experience my first Mom-cation at Disney World! Sound crazy? Who goes to Disney World without their kids? THIS MOM! And let me tell you, I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! We had the best time running around, being young, being adults, wearing tiaras…
Planning our vacations to Disney has always been almost as fun as actually being there. My mind races with thoughts of the fun we will have and the memories we will make that I will cherish for my lifetime. I dream about the giddiness we will feel and pictures we will take and the pennies we will collect.
My role as a Travel Planner with Mouse Tales Travel brings so much joy and excitement to my day as I help other families with their special trip! I think I’ve found the right pair of shoes!
