Ready for the MAC + Disney collaboration Venomous Villains for the fall/winter season? Debuting September 30th at a MAC counter near you, this limited edition collection is expected to sell out quickly. Featured in the 4-villain collection are Dr. Facelier from “The Princess & the Frog”, Cruella De Vil from “101 Dalmatians”, The Evil Queen from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves”, and my favorite – Maleficent from “Sleeping Beauty”. Each collection focuses on a color palette tuned to the film villains themselves, going as far as using the original Pantone colors from the movies! You’ll find shades of purple in 3 of them… only Cruella De Vil’s palette doesn’t use this regal color.
Can’t wait? Maybe, just maybe, the collection will be available online as early as September 27th, but it’s just a rumor. Prices (subject to change) fall in the $12 to $29.50 range and the collections feature MAC favorites like Lipglass, Lipgelee, and Greasepaint Sticks. The Magically Cool Liquid Powder from the Dr. Facelier collection intrigues me, especially Truth and Light which sounds like it goes on smooth and cool with just a hint of silver & pink reflection. Perfect for this fair princess!
