Welcome to West Coast Week on the Mouse Tales® Travel blog! For the next week we’ll be focusing on Disney happenings on the West Coast, including Disneyland, California Adventure, and the Disney Cruise Line.
Our first look is one of my favorite amusement park/carnival rides all done up Disney-style, which means pure fabulousness – the Silly Symphony Swings at Disney’s California Adventure. Located in the Paradise Pier section, it replaces the Orange Stinger with Mickey and the gang themed to the 1935 animated short “The Band Concert” where Mickey tries to conduct the “William Tell Overture” and Donald keeps things chaotic right up until a tornado sweeps through and carries everyone away!

And finally, the Silly Symphony Swings in action!

The attraction officially opened on June 11th but soft-opened about a week earlier to rave reviews from guests. There are 32 single seat swings and 8 pair of tandem seats just for little people and their grown ups. Did I mention I can’t wait to ride it?!?
