Magic Kingdom + Fireworks + Unlimited Dessert + Guaranteed Seating + Great View = Happy Kimberly.

Enter the Fireworks Dessert Party at the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station in the Magic Kingdom! Running through August 14th (and hopefully longer), this party has become a crowd favorite since its beginning this spring. For $25.99 adults, $13.99 ages 3-9, you receive unlimited desserts, coffee, tea, milk, lemonade, and water while watching fireworks from a fabulous vantage point at the entrance to Tomorrowland. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended as the party regularly sells out well in advance but you can try to walk up and see if any seating is still available. You cannot use the Disney Dining Plan for this party.
The party begins an hour before the scheduled start of the fireworks show and each member of your party is given a wristband to correspond with your seating area. Seating is assigned and each table has a place card with the family name, as well as the Princess Mouse’s beloved Mickey head confetti AND castle confetti! The dessert menu is subject to change - Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cupcakes, Chocolate Covered Strawberries (OMG, my absolutely favorites!), Key Lime Pie, Strawberry/Berry Tarts, Pistachio Creme Brulee, Raspberry Tarts, Kiwi Orange Tarts, Chocolate Truffles (assorted), Cannoli, Fresh Fruit, Brownies, Glazed Donut Holes, Cheesecake, Mango Shots, Chocolate Mousse, and Rice Krispy Treats.
Here’s a snapshot peek at some of what was available when we attended in April. The cast members were VERY good at replenishing the trays when there was a lull, though the snapshots don’t reflect that, LOL!:

There’s a PhotoPass photographer available to get a great shot of your group with Cinderella Castle in the background so be sure to have your PhotoPass card handy or get a new one. We found the tables were packed pretty tightly so it was easier for one of us to stay with Princess Mouse and the other to stay at the table rather than all of us going to the buffet. Not because we were concerned about losing our table (assigned seats, remember?) but simply to lessen the amount of traffic around our table since we were back against the wall.
Once the fireworks begin, most people move to the wall area closest to the castle however you may not bring your chair with you. You can still see well from any table in the area but if you’re planning to video the show, you’ll have heads in the way. The night we were there it had been raining – okay, storming – for a goodly portion of the evening, “Wishes” was delayed for about 30 minutes, and it was still sprinkling off and on so Tinkerbell didn’t fly but if she does, she lands on the roof of the Tomorrowland Terrace so it’s a fabulous vantage point – be ready with your camera!!

Do I think the party is worth the charge? Absolutely! Will we do it again? Absolutely! Should you try it? ABSOLUTELY!
The Fireworks Dessert Party is currently booking through August 14th and can only be booked by phone. There is hope the party will be extended as it’s been extended twice due to popular demand, however at this time August 14th is the last seating.
